Using ClubFlows
Use the website and free tools lawfully, for genuine club or agency evaluation, and without attempting to bypass security, quotas or access controls. Do not submit confidential client data, credentials, payment details, health information or private workflows to a public demo.
AI Receptionist is a simulation
The public voice experience is a short ClubFlows AI product demonstration. Alex is not the club, a real staff member or an authorised representative. The demo cannot make bookings, change memberships, write to a CRM, place calls, take payments or give medical advice. Confirm important information directly with the club.
Public club information
You must confirm the right Google Maps candidate and official website before research begins. ClubFlows may show selected facts with official-site citations, but websites change and extraction can be incomplete. Prices, promotions and hours are especially time-sensitive. Exclude anything you do not want used and verify current details at the cited official source.
Voice and microphone rights
You must have permission to use the microphone and must not use the demo to impersonate another person or organisation. The current simulation uses a licensed stock voice. Public voice cloning and public voice uploads are not offered. Any future professional clone requires verified club or agency authority, a rights attestation and the voice provider's verification process.
Availability and limits
The demo may be disabled, rate-limited or ended at any time for safety, privacy, cost or maintenance. Public limits include separate search/build controls and a maximum two-minute, eight-turn call. Provider access and researched facts are supplied on an as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
No guaranteed outcomes
Calculators, scorecards, recommendations and examples are estimates. ClubFlows does not guarantee revenue, lead, membership or campaign outcomes. Paid services are governed by their separate proposal or agreement.
Third-party terms
Google Maps Platform results are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms, Google Terms and Google Privacy Policy. Voice, hosting, abuse-protection and booking providers may also apply their own terms and privacy settings.
